Cancellation Policy.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur and will always do our best to be as accommodating as possible. However, to ensure patient fairness we do impose a 24h cancellation policy. Cancellations made within 24h or 'no-shows' will be subject to 100% of the session fee. Exceptions may be made in extenuating circumstances.
